Two Major Honours for Social Welfare Innovation
We were privileged to participate in the co-development of the Jockey Club LOHAS Platform, which received two prestigious awards at the government-organised 2024 Hong Kong ICT Awards:

- 🥇 Smart People (Smart Transformation (Charitable Organisation Solution)) Gold Award
The HKICT Awards recognise outstanding ICT inventions and applications, encouraging innovation that benefits society.
About the LOHAS Platform
Funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club, the platform was jointly developed by the Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA), St. James’ Settlement, Hong Kong Lutheran Social Service, and Hong Chi Association.
Purpose-built for On-site Pre-school Rehabilitation Services, key features include:
- Smart Scheduling — Automated service and staff rostering
- Real-time Sync — Timetables visible to staff, schools, and parents simultaneously
- Cross-disciplinary Collaboration — Shared case information across professionals
- Knowledge Management — Cross-organisation resource sharing
Adjudicators’ Recognition
The judging panel praised the platform for effectively addressing service pain points, reducing manpower needs, and its scalability to meet diverse NGO requirements.
Our Role
